About Krivay

Krivay LLP is a Mumbai-based advisory, assurance, and consulting firm serving organisations at points of consequential change: enterprises scaling into new markets, industries adapting to regulatory transition, and institutions strengthening how they govern and deliver.
Our three practices reinforce one another. Strategy is informed by compliance and standards. Verification is more valuable when informed by strategic context. Certification endures when embedded in how the organisation runs.

Independence

Our review and verification-readiness work is ours alone, free of conflicts, stated plainly, and defensible under scrutiny.

Practicality

We build recommendations for how Indian organisations actually operate: their cost structures, compliance realities, and their people. Counsel that cannot be practically implemented is not advice.

Continuity

We measure success by the capability that remains embedded in your organisation after we leave, not by the length of our engagement.

Krivay is built to stay lean and draw deep. Around our partners sits a vast network of specialists across strategy, sustainability, certification, and sector domains. We assemble the right team for each engagement, giving clients access to senior expertise and customised services without the cost of a large standing firm.
